AmeraMex International Enters
Into $1.7 Million Rental Agreement with U.S. Military Base

 

 CHICO, CA –
February 16, 2016 –
AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC:
AMMX),
a provider of heavy
equipment for logistics companies
(stevedoring/shipping), infrastructure construction, logging and mining
companies, has entered into a five-year rental agreement with a U.S. military
base. Under the terms of the Agreement,
AmeraMex will receive $27,900/month for sixty months or rental revenue of
approximately $1.7 million over the five year period. The equipment is expected to be shipped and
operational by March 15, 2016.

 

The
equipment has a $900,000 retail value and at the end of the five-year
agreement, the equipment is expected to have a resale value of approximately $750,000.
