CHICO, CALIFORNIA — June 28,  2007 — AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to the construction, mining, logging and shipping industries, announced today that it has launched a new interactive website to better communicate with its shareholders and customer base.

At the fully interactive web site, investors can access additional information, such as automated quotes, charts, SEC filings, audio webcasts, and more. The new website will be Sarbanes Oxley compliant, in preparation for AmeraMex’s application to the OTCBB for the listing of its common stock.
