AmeraMex
International Signs Agreement Equivalent to $255,000
CHICO, CA – March 14, 2016 – AmeraMex International,
Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of
heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure
construction, commercial farming and mining companies, announced that it has
sold an undisclosed number of forklifts to a sawmill in California for
approximately $135,000. The company also
signed a one-year lease agreement for loaded container handlers with an
off-dock container sorting yard located in California. The lease agreement will generate revenue of
approximately $120,000 over the twelve-month period.

Lee Hamre commented, “We are continuing to see revenue growth in in the U.S.
and the expansion of our back log of proposals from new and existing customers.
The
entire management team looks forward to a banner year for the company beginning
with revenue for the first quarter of approximately $1.9 million.”
