AmeraMex International Ships
Equipment for $243,000 Rental Agreement

 

CHICO, CA –
July 2, 2015 –
AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics
companies
(stevedoring/shipping), infrastructure construction, logging and mining
companies, announced in June that it had entered into a five-year rental
agreement with a military base and under the terms of the agreement, AmeraMex would
receive $4,050/month for sixty months. 

 

AmeraMex
has acquired the equipment and it is in the process of being shipped to the
military base in California. It has been determined that at the end of the five-year
agreement, the equipment will have a retail value of approximately $90,000. The
company can refurbish and sell the equipment or return it to the rental pool.

 

According
to AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre, ”The company’s pipeline continues to grow with several
bids expected to reach order status before year’s end. We anticipate receiving the required
truck/tractor inventory list from Ecobank in the very near future. The companies that were awarded the various
infrastructure projects by the Niger government are required to put together a
list of the equipment required and send it to the two qualified local banks. These banks then forward the information to
Ecobank, who will consolidate the inventory requirements and provide to
AmeraMex. There is constant dialog with
the government and banks during the celebration of Ramadan.

Hannick commented, “The new law firm handling our removal of the ‘Yield’ sign
from the AmeraMex stock symbol, AMMX, has provided a list of all the
documentation required. We are preparing
documentation, reformatting financials and cash flow analysis for 2013 and 2014
plus financials through the second quarter ended June 30, 2015. We expect to have everything submitted to the
attorneys on or before August 30.”
