AmeraMex
International Receives Equipment Order Totaling $240,000

Management
Provides Update on African Travels

CHICO, CA, April 4, 2014 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a
provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies (stevedoring/shipping),
infrastructure construction, commercial farming and mining companies, announced
that it has received an order totaling approximately $240,000 for heavy
equipment.

The
order for a refurbished loaded container handler will ship by the end of April to
a customer in Mexico. In addition, the
company has submitted a $500,000 proposal for heavy equipment to a customer in
Central America. Management expects a
decision from the customer by the end of the month.

AmeraMex
CEO Lee Hamre commented, “We returned from Niger over the weekend and would
like to report that significant progress was made. We discussed the logistics of two potential
opportunities; one a 20 megawatt solar system a $200 million order for over-the-road
semi-trucks. Memorandums of Agreements
(MOAs) for both opportunities are being translated into English and we expect
to receive the MOAs over the next three weeks to four weeks. After the MOAs are received, reviewed and
signed here in the U.S., we will be making the trip to China with our potential
Niger customer. This is a very important
step to finalizing the $200 million truck agreement.

Hamre
continued, “The solar energy project presents opportunities now and over a
number of years. Our Hawaiian partner is
taking the lead on this project for the configuration and pricing of the
initial 20 megawatt system. Niger has
over 10,000 villages that would benefit from inexpensive electricity provided
by ½ – 1 megawatt solar systems. This
potential opportunity is moving forward quickly and we will update our
shareholders on the progress of both opportunities.”
