AmeraMex International Meets 2007 Sales

CHICO, CA — January 9, 2007 — Mr. Lee Hamre, CEO of AmeraMex International (PINK SHEETS:AMMX), announced today that the gross sales figures for the company exceeded last year’s. $12,900,000.00 in gross sales dollars met the projections made early in the year. “The end of the year flurry of purchases from our customers took us over the mark as it usually does every December,” stated Mr. Hamre.

In addition to the good year end sales numbers we have a total of $9,000,000.00 in booked orders for delivery during the fiscal year of 2007. These orders are for new machines from our factories for delivery to the Container Handling industry. Deliveries will be to Long Beach, and Oakland, California, as well as to Seattle, Wa. and to Dutch Harbor, Alaska.

The Terex Factory sponsored a trip to the Distribution Center in Memphis, Tennessee for new customers and we took a group of 14 on the trip. Terex showed all the new models and had each there for customers to test run as well as inspect for updates and changes. In addition Terex had their NASCAR at the Memphis Motor Speedway and took everyone for a few laps at over 140 mph. All the customers appreciated the trip and many have expressed interest in buying new equipment.
