AmeraMex International Inc. and Hamre Equipment to Complete Acquisition by the End of the Month
CHICO, CA — Aug 9, 2006 — (OTC:AMMX.PK) Lee Hamre, President, announced today that all of the financial data is complete for both AmeraMex and Hamre Equipment. Hamre has accepted the offer from AmeraMex as proposed, and will move ahead with the ratification of the acquisition by the end of the month. At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of Hamre Equipment Co. Inc., the decision was made to accept the offer presented by AmeraMex International Inc. A final meeting has been scheduled with accountants to ensure that the company may meet future audit requirements. Hamre Equipment Co. sales for 2006 have been very strong and appear to be on track with projections.
