International Hosts Second Quarter Conference Call

secures $165,000 equipment order

CHICO, CA – August 5, 2015 – AmeraMex International,
Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of
heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure
construction, commercial farming and mining companies, will host a conference call providing  an update for shareholders and members of the
financial community.

The call, chaired by
AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre, will be held August 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time,
2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All shareholders

that it has received an order for $165,000 from a West Coast container
yard. The equipment is in inventory and
is expected to ship by the end of August.
