CHICO, CA – November 13, 2012 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction, commercial farming and mining companies, has entered into an agreement with a financial consultant to provide finance and accounting services until the company’s search for a CFO with public company experience is successful.
