Company announces additional sales of $325,000.

Chico, California–(October 16, 2024) – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC Pink: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation, announced that it has completed the installation of equipment at a US Military facility.

AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre commented, “The assembly and installation of six new Taylor Equipment Reach Stackers will be completed at the end of this week; the order was announced in June 2024. Under the terms of the contract, the six-year agreement will generate approximately $6.6 million in revenue for the Company. At the termination of the contract, we will resale the reach stackers to new customers.”

The Company announced that it has received orders totaling $325,000. The orders are for a Taylor Equipment 92,000 pound-capacity forklift, shipping to a customer in Colorado and a 28,000 pound-capacity Taylor Equipment Forklift shipping to a customer in Northern California.

The Taylor Equipment Reach Stackers are versatile machines that can handle many diverse types of containers. With a telescopic boom, it can stack 5-High 1st row, 4-High 2nd row and 3-High 3rd row (9-ft 6-in Loaded). It also has a 20-40 ISO Container Handling Attachment, with rotation, side shift, expansion/retraction and damping.
